Quality drama on HBO's "Succession," checking out the fall pilots "Magnum P.I.," "Murphy Brown," "The Neighborhood," "Happy Together," "The Cool Kids," Jim Carrey's "Kidding" and USA's "The Purge," season four of "Better Call Saul" wraps up, the finale of the quirky "Lodge 49," a new speedster and a new big bad on "The Flash," the return of "The Goldbergs" and "This is Us" and the ninth season of "The Walking Dead" ups the quality but sheds viewers.
